第2回 3NADOs（KADA, CHINADA, JADA）会議（オンライン）を開催
The Second 3 NADOs' Meeting Held Successfully Online amid COVID-19 Pandemic for achieving Clean, Fair Sport
2020年12月10日、第2回 3NADOs（KADA; 韓国、CHINADA; 中国、JADA）会議をオンラインにて開催しました。今年の議長国である韓国よりKADA事務総長JIN Jaisoo氏による進行のもと、3NADOsおよびWADAアジア/オセアニア地域オフィスより30名を超える参加者によって、コロナ禍におけるアンチ・ドーピング活動や、2021年世界アンチ・ドーピング規程および教育に関する国際基準の各国での導入をテーマとした議論が行われました。また、2018年平昌大会、2020年東京大会、2022年北京大会を通して得られるドーピング検査員の経験値の共有など、大会レガシーをもとにした3NADOsのさらなる連携が確認されました。
The representatives of the China Anti-Doping Agency (CHINADA), the Japan Anti-doping Agency (JADA), and the Korea Anti-doping Agency (KADA) gathered online on December 10, 2020, with over 30 participants from the respective 3 NADOs and the WADA Asia/Oceania Regional Office. As decided in the previous meeting in Beijing in 2019, the 3 NADOs' meeting was hosted by KADA this year and presided by Mr. JIN Jaisoo, the Secretary-General of KADA.
Based on strong solidarity, CHINADA, JADA, and KADA agreed to establish mechanisms to exchange DCOs and observers at international sporting events held in each of their countries and share their experiences and learning gained through the anti-doping programs as a 'living legacy'. 3 NADOs have also agreed to increase the human exchanges. After the consultation, the 3 NADOs shared various issues such as the current state of the response of each NADO to the COVID-19 pandemic, the introduction of the 2021 World Anti-Doping Code (Code), and the new International Standard for Education (ISE), and the new anti-doping platform, etc.
